Product Overview

RT-CCX air insulated bus duct is a modified and processed version of the air insulated bus duct. The busbar conductor is made of electrolytic copper containing more than 99.99% copper. After high-quality processing, the outer surface is wrapped with polyester insulation film and then shrunk with PV C heat shrink tubing to significantly enhance the insulation performance of the copper busbar. Flame retardant insulation blocks are used to separate phases and shells, and then assembled in a well grounded metal shell with stable electrical and mechanical properties. The shell is processed and formed from high-quality cold-rolled plates and aluminum profiles, and after surface treatment, it is electrostatically sprayed with plastic, greatly improving its anti-corrosion performance.

Existing protection levels such as IP30, IP40, IP54, etc. Flexible selection based on installation environment. This busbar has strong current carrying capacity, with currents ranging from 160A-5000A to choose according to needs. The plugin interface can be set at any position on the busbar, with fast installation, convenient tapping, and safe use. In addition, the outer shell can also be made of high-quality aluminum alloy extrusion molding, with a surface treated with oxidation, streamlined appearance, light weight, high mechanical strength, good heat dissipation performance, and strong dynamic and thermal stability. The protection level can reach IP54, which can meet the requirements of outdoor installation and rainy places. At the same time, the aluminum shell has excellent grounding continuity and low reactance, and can be used as a grounding wire. Easy to install, safe and reliable, energy-saving and consumption reducing. 

The system has complete functional units, with a length of 0.5-6 meters to choose from, and can meet the current requirements of 400A-5000A. It can be applied to various projects with different protection levels, spans, and current levels. This product is widely used in power distribution centers, high-rise commercial and residential buildings, and other large distribution mainline systems.

Product Features

Internally, a separated air insulation type is used to ensure that the safety clearance and creepage distance between phases are much greater than the requirements specified by national standards. The internal insulation of the equipment is made of high-strength epoxy resin insulation material, which effectively improves the anti vibration and thermal stability of the bus duct equipment and meets the stable operation under various extreme conditions. The shell adopts a corrugated structure formed by bending plates in one go, which makes it small in size and beautiful in appearance, greatly enhancing the mechanical strength and load capacity of traditional bus ducts.

Scope of Application

Air insulated bus duct is suitable for AC three-phase four wire system, three-phase five wire system, frequency 50- 60Hz, rated voltage up to 660V, rated working current 250-5000A power supply and distribution system, undertaking power distribution tasks, used for connecting low-voltage distribution panels with large and medium-sized loads, mainly used in modern workshops, factories and high-rise buildings.

Structural Characteristics

Small in size, compact in structure, with rust resistance and excellent heat dissipation and grounding properties. Its special hollow double-layer structure gives each shell the high bending resistance of the pipe, greatly enhancing the bending resistance of the busbar trunking system.

Equipped with a standard single arm locking shock absorber c onnector, the connection is reliable and convenient.

It is convenient to set the feeding socket, and both the upper and lower sides can be set simultaneously without reducing its bending strength. The safety protection level of the power supply plug interface reaches IP5X (compliant with standard IEC529).

Insulation configuration

The busbar dielectric insulation adopts high-efficiency insulation material - polyester film, which has good high temperature resistance (no toxic gas release in high temperature), high dielectric performance, and insulation level of B. High end insulation material "Plastic King" - oriented polytetrafluoroethylene film (SFM-3) can also be used. This material has a high temperature resistance level (-180 ℃ -+250 ℃ ), a single-layer withstand voltage of 6000V, an insulation level of "C", and an insulation aging life of more than 50 years. It is the best performing insulation material currently in use.

 

Work Environment

1. Environmental temperature: upper limit:+40 ℃ ; Lower limit: -25 ℃ ; Altitude: below 2000m;

2. Humidity: The relative humidity should not exceed 50% at a higher temperature of+40 ℃ ; Higher relative humidity is allowed when the temperature is low.Condensation conditions: Yes; Basic seismic intensity: 6 degrees of fortification; Installation location: indoor, outdoor;

3. Insulation resistance: The insulation resistance value of each enclosed busbar unit should be greater than or equal to 100M Ω with a 2500V me gohmmeter.

4. Dielectric strength: Each section of the enclosed busbar undergoes a 1-minute power frequency dry test voltage withstand test before leaving the factory. The power frequency withstand voltage and lightning impulse withstand voltage values comply with national standards.

5. Grounding system: Complies with the requirements of IEC364-5-54 for grounding systems.

6. Protection level: Indoor type: IP40; Outdoor type: IP43, IP55.

7. Load performance: Under rated current, the temperature rise of the casing meets the requirements of GB763-90 "Heating during Long term Operation of AC High Voltage Electrical Appliances" standard.

8. Short circuit performance: The dynamic and thermal stability test meets the requirements of GB2706-89 "Test Method for Dynamic and Thermal Stability of AC High Voltage Electrical Appliances" standard.
